Deposit funds

It’s used to indemnify potential damage. You have to deposit 150 € upon delivery of the bungalow.

Payment

To guarantee your reservation must be made a down payment is 30% of the total amount. Final payment (credit card or cash card) needs to be done at the check in.
It’s possible to pay cash for amounts lower than 1000 €.

Penalty

In the case of a cancellation of the reservation – which must be presented in writing – these are the penalties:

Up to 60 days before reservation date: retention of the 50 % of the down payment.

From 59 to 30 days before reservation date: retention of the 80 % of the down payment.

From 30 to 0 days before reservation date: no restitution of the down payment.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax of 0,50 € per person (children under 14 excluded) is not included in the price.

Cleaning

Bungalows must be returned clean. Failure of the cleaning of the kitchen area, of the cutlery and dishes will be charged 50 € (retained from the deposit funds).

Condition of booking pitches

In high season minimal number of people-per-pitch is 2.

In high season the bookable time is minimum 2 weeks. In the other seasons the minimum is 1 week.
